Perfect extrusion and depositing in one, two or three colors of dough or with jam. Operators can switch between the two modes in minutes by switching out the die and selecting another program.
More options for production (including twisted-filled-ropes as seen on the left) are available with specialized machine tools.
Automatic & Tool-less Pump and Die Assembly

From the Sanitation and Storage Trolley, the complete Pump assembly slides into the machine and loads at the click of a button.
Complete replacement of pump and die for various versions can be done in less than a minute.

Frame Options
​
The VDE Extruder system is available with a range of different frames and set-ups.
The C-Frame (left) is unique in the industry as it has no conveyor with it standard. It is designed to wrap around an existing oven conveyor. Between shifts, or for sanitation, it can simply be rolled away and washed down.
The Gantry-Frame (above) is a heavier frame - but with all the same systems available. What this frame sacrifices in flexibility it makes up for in stability.
The VDE Extruder system is a jack-of-all-trades and the system that makes changeovers so quick that its adaptable in even more ways.
It is as heavy duty as it is consistent, and represents an extreme ROI over other equipment available.
